Delhi’s Karkardooma Court has rejected suspended AAP Councillor Tahir Hussain’s anticipatory bail plea. The court observed that no one appeared from the accused’s side. He was arrested soon after dismissing surrender application by Vishal Pahuja.
He will now be produced in Karkardooma Court after his medical formalities.
An FIR was registered against him for the murder of Ankit Sharma, who was brutally murdered and his body dumped in a drain. Tahir Hussain is also accused of instigating his henchmen to throw stones, petrol bombs and acid from the rooftop of his factory.
