Ind vs Aus: Hosts regains the control over the game in SCG

Sydney [Australia]: Australia wins at regaining the control over the third Test in Sydney against India after they took the wicket of Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill. At the end day 2 of the third Test, India trails by 242 runs with two wickets down.

On day 2, Australia resumed batting at 166/2 with Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith in the crease. They ended the innings at 338 with Steve Smith as the top scorer.

From the visitors, Ravindra Jadeja took four wickets for the team. At the end of day 2 India is at 96/2 with Cheteswar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane in the crease.
