New Delhi: The ceasefire violations and terrorist activities along the Line of Control (LoC) have surged for a few while now and in order to take stock of it, Army chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane will visit the Kashmir valley on Thursday.
“The Army Chief would be in Srinagar to review the counter-terrorist and counter-infiltration operations by the 15 Corps and is also likely to review the operational preparedness of posts on the LoC,” Army sources told ANI.
The Indian Army had recently conducted precision strikes against the terrorist launchpads.
The Pakistan Army is on its upfront to push terrorists into India and indulging in a large scale ceasefire violations. It seems that the neighbouring country is taking advantage of lockdown like anti-terror experts had warned of.
It is also to be noted that Pakistan is fighting on the borders while the world is battling with coronavirus pandemic.
