Srinagar: Terrorists on Monday opened fire on 110 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Jammu and Kashmir Police who were carrying out road opening duty at Pampore bypass.
In the attack, five jawans were injured and rushed to the district hospital. However, two jawans succumbed to their injuries.
The identity of the terrorists who launched the attack are yet to be ascertained.
