Thiruvananthapuram: The state has recorded new 2,885 cases of coronavirus today. At the same time, 1,944 have been recovered from the disease.
Thiruvananthapuram recorded with 566 cases, followed by Malappuram 310, Kozhikode 286, Kollam 265, Kannur 207, Ernakulam 188, Palakkad 184, Thrissur 172, Kottayam 166, Alappuzha 163, Kasaragod 150, Pathanamthitta 88, Idukki 86, Wayanad 54.
15 more deaths were reported today in the state, taking the total toll to 425.
Of the confirmed cases, 42 arrived from abroad while 137 from other states. 2,640 people infected through local transmission.
