Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Sunday confirmed two cases of coronavirus reports today.
The infected ones are from Kannur and Kasaragod districts who had returned from overseas. The Kannur patient flew from Abu Dhabi while the other one came from Dubai.
Taking to his official Facebook account, Pinarayi Vijayan said that 13 people were tested negative on Sunday. Out of 13, 8 are from Kasaragod, 3 from Kannur and oneeach from Malappuram and Thrissur districts.
So far, total people cured of coronavirus in the state rose to 270.
As of Sunday, 55,590 persons are under observation in the state. Among this 55,129 are at houses and 461 at hospitals.
