Initially, Pakistani soldiers tried to recover the body by intensifying ceasefire violation but could not do so despite several attempts for over two days. Finally, they had no other option than waving the white flag on September 13 and recovered the bodies.
Indian Army respects the dead and so permitted the same, said sources.
