Lucknow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a an employment programme for 1.25 crore people of Uttar Pradesh on Friday.
The Prime Minister will also talk to the beneficiaries from the six districts of the state, including Gorakhpur.
In a significant development of the BJP government, this would the country’s largest employment generating programme.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also directed authorities to do skill mapping of the labourers so that even they can be provided with work according to the skills they possess.
