Thiruvananthapuram: The film ‘Manjummel Boys’ continues to captivate audiences in theatres, maintaining its popularity among moviegoers and trending on social media platforms. There’s good news for those who missed the chance to catch it in theatres, as the film’s OTT release date has been announced.
The film ‘Manjummel Boys’ is scheduled to premiere on April 5 on the Disney+ Hotstar platform, marking its digital debut. The movie, which enjoyed immense success in Tamil Nadu too, has amassed over Rs. 200 crore in global box office earnings since its theatrical release on February 22, largely propelled by positive word-of-mouth publicity. The film ‘Manjummel Boys’ also becomes the first Malayalam film to collect such a huge amount at the worldwide box office worldwide.
The storyline revolves around the unexpected occurrences in the lives of 11 friends while embarking on a journey from Kochi to Kodaikanal. The film features a stellar cast, including Soubin Shahir Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathy, Lal Jr., Chanthu Saleemkumar, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Deepak Parambol, Khalid Rahman, Arun Kurien, and Vishnu Raghu. The film was produced by Soubin Shahir, Babu Shahir, and Shawn Anthony under the Parava Films banner.
