Thalayolaparambu: During a campaign event in Thalayolaparambu, an unexpected incident occurred as Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s speech was disrupted when the microphone fell down. The incident took place while he was participating in Thomas Chazhikkadan’s campaign for the Kottayam Lok Sabha constituency.

The incident occurred when the Chief Minister attempted to adjust the microphone to ensure his voice was audible. However, due to a firm grip, the microphone connected to the lectern shook and toppled over. This occurred shortly after Chief Minister began his address, emphasizing the significance of the parliamentary elections.

Despite efforts by those present, including Minister VN Vasavan, to rectify the situation, the mic remained unsteady. Eventually, a replacement mic was provided, but Chief Minister opted to return to his seat until the technical issue was resolved.Once the microphone was properly fixed, the Chief Minister resumed his speech.
