Writ Petition against Sabarimala verdict will be submitted by National Ayyappa Devotees Association. Petition to be filed today. Taking into account of the happenings in Kerala, Chief Justice will be requested to hear the side of the believers as they are the majority. The violation of the fundamental rights of the devotees is what happened with the Supreme Court’s decision on of women entry to Sabarimala.
Considering the riot protest and the devotees feelings to protect their custom and beliefs, the court must consider a revision on the judgment made on the Sabarimala women entry case and to authorize the state Government to stop women from entering the sacred sanctum.
The court has to hear from crores of Ayyappa devotees in an open court is the main agenda of the petition.
