New Delhi: The Supreme Court will pronounce its verdict in Review petitions filed in Rafale tomorrow.
The three judge bench comprising of CJI Gogoi, Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and KM Joseph will be pronouncing judgment in Rafale Review.
In May 2019, the three judge bench had reserved its verdict in the petition seeking review of the judgement that had declined to order probe into the alleged corruption in the deal to procure 36 Rafale aircraft from French company Dassault aviation.
The Supreme Court will also deliver its much awaited verdict on the review petitions on Sabarimala tomorrow. The five-judge Constitutional bench led by Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi, will deliver the crucial verdict at 10.30 in the morning.
