Ernakulam : The court will consider the petition, for the protection of witnesses, against Bishop Fancko Mulakkal, accused of Jalandhar rape case.
The petition was filed, considering the situation of the sudden death of the main witness Jalandhar priest. Malayala Vedi president George Vattukulam had filed the petition.
When Francko was imprisoned, visitors with authority and influence flooded the jail. Visitors including Bishops hint us with security concerns of the witness.
When Francko was bailed out administrator Bishop organized a warm welcoming ceremony for the rape accused. Soon after Francko’s bail, the main witness of the case was found dead. The situations were clear in the petition.
