New Delhi : The Central Government has taken over the Congress-based National Herald’s office following violations of the provisions relating to land permits.
The Government will take over the building of Herald House Delhi. The land was allocated for printing press for the newspaper. But Congress did not have the necessary arrangements for printing,on top of it complaints have been raised that the building was rented out.
Following these event the Central Government decided to take over the building. The legal proceedings for the same has been initiated. Survey activities are in progress.
