Kollam: Congress leader and Kerala DCC president Bindhu Krishna on Monday was arrested by police on Monday for violating coronavirus lockdown norms.
The Congress leader along with other party’s workers had arrived at Collector’s office to submit a petition.
According to rules, no more than 5 persons are allowed to assemble at a place. The workers came on their bikes from various parts of the district.
