Kannur: CPM workers in Pinarayi violated Section 144 during commemoration of Valankichalil Mohanan’s martyrdom. District Secretary MV Jayarajan led event was attended by many.
It was clear from the Facebook Live of the CPM Pinarayi Area Committee page that many people participated in the event.
The CPI (M) is violating the law while the government, apparently which is the same Left itself says that no more than five people should gather in public places under section 144.
