Thiruvananthapuram : Thomas Isaac issued with legal notice for his Social media post. Thomas Isaac addressed prayer chanting as abusive chanting. The notice demanded that, Issac must apologize within two days for hurting the sentiments of the devotees and this should be published in the media.
Also Minister is asked to mark his apology in his face book page and pin it to his page for a year, an amount of Rs 10 crore has to paid to the development of Sannidhanam as a compensation for defaming the devotees, directs the notice.
With the compensation or his apology, Isaac can not be excluded from criminal proceedings or the actions of the Election Commission, clarifies the legal notice.
Advocate S R K Prathap sent the legal notice to Minister Thomas Issac for N R Sudhakaran, a native of Kochi. Thomas Isaac had insulted the prayer protest in his official face book page.
