Thiruvananthapuram, June 10 (UNI) Police have tightened security for accused in diplomatic baggage gold smuggling case Swapna Suresh, who alleged that her life is under threat after her disclosure under 164 statement against the Chief Minister and his family.

The police have provided round-the-clock security for the flat and the HRDS office of Swapna Suresh from Friday morning onwards, sources said.

On Thursday, Swapna Suresh told news persons that she will release an audio clip on Friday at 3 pm proving her allegations that she was mentally tortured by media person Shaji Kiran asking her to withdraw her 164 statement against the Chief Minister.
