New Delhi: The 8th NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting will be held today in the new Convention Centre at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. “Vikasit Bharath @2047: Roll of Team India” will be the slogan of the meeting .Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is the chairman of NITI Aayog will preside over the meeting.
The main objective of this meeting is to formulate a roadmap to work together as “Team India” with the aim of making India a developed nation by 2047 . Women empowerment, health, skill development and infrastructure development will be the main topics of discussion in the meeting. India is on the path of development as our nation is the top most populated and fifth developing country in global.
The Union Ministers, state Chief Ministers and Lieutenant Governors of Union territories will be attending the meeting.
