Pathanamthitta: In a shocking and deeply disturbing incident, a seven-year-old boy was brutally attacked by a madrasa teacher in Pathanamthitta. The assailant allegedly grabbed the young child in the neck and forcefully pinned him face down into a desk, causing widespread outrage and raising concerns over the safety of students. The incident took place at a local madrasa, Kulasekharapetta, in Pattanamthitta district. The child’s lower lip was cut due to the impact. The incident came to light when the child came home and told the parents.
The parents complained to the madrasa authorities, but their efforts have been in vain. Then, the parents filed a complaint with the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). Further, the Pattanamthitta police have registered a case based on complaint of the parents. Pattanamthitta police recorded the boy’s statement and lodged a case against the madrasa teacher, Ayoob.
