BJP leadership has decided to file a defamation case against campaigns against the RSS connected with Gandhi’s assassination. The BJP prepares to take legal action against those making defamatory statements blaming the RSS for Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination. As a first step, the BJP will send a legal notice against false propaganda.

According to reports, the first notice has been sent to LDF MLA, KB Ganesh Kumar. In a meeting held at Kollam, the Pathanapuram MLA Ganesh Kumar blamed the RSS for Gandhi’s assassination.

The notice demanded to withdraw the statement and apologise. The notice was sent through Pathanapuram BJP area president AR Arun and advocate Kalloor Kailasnath.

The reason for sending the notice that such irresponsible speech would damage the reputation of RSS.

Ganesh Kumar made insulting remarks on RSS at a public meeting held at Kollam.
