THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A devastating incident unfolded as Aryamol, a 27-year-old nurse hailing from Ambara and working at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College, tragically passed away after giving birth. She succumbed to her condition at 11:30 last night.
Following childbirth, the woman was transferred from Pala General Hospital to Kottayam Medical College Hospital. Unfortunately, she passed away while receiving treatment.
Relatives of Aryamol allege that negligence on the part of the hospital authorities led to her death.
Aryamol had been admitted to Pala General Hospital for delivery on August 22nd, and on the 23rd, she gave birth. However, her health deteriorated due to internal bleeding, necessitating her transfer to Kottayam Medical College on the 26th.
