Kochi: Attempted murder case has been filed against the parents of the three year old boy under Juvenile Justice Act. The victim, a native of West Bengal, has undergone a major surgery. The health condition of the boy remains critical as his body is passive towards medicines and bleeding of the brain cannot be controlled,informed doctors. The boy is on ventilator.
The three year old kid was admitted to Ernakulam Rajagiri Hospital last evening with severe head injuries.The parents’ version to doctors is that the boy had a fall from terrace. But on detailed examination, doctors found other injuries and burns on his body hence the hospital authorities informed the matter to police.
The family started staying in Kerala only three weeks back. The scars and burns reveal that the little boy has suffered brutal torturing from parents.
