According to reports, actress Nushrratt Bharuccha, who found herself in difficulties in Israel due to the recent conflict triggered by a terrorist attack by Hamas, is now on her way back to India. Earlier, concerns rose as her team had lost contact with her during the explosive situation.
Her team has since issued a statement, offering reassurance to fans and well-wishers. “We have finally managed to get in touch with Nushrratt, and with the help of the Embassy, she is being safely brought back home. She is on a connecting flight due to the absence of a direct one. For her safety, further details cannot be shared, but we will inform you as soon as she lands in India. We are relieved and grateful that she is safe and on her way back.”
The actress journeyed to Israel to participate in the Haifa International Film Festival, where she was present for the debut screening of her movie “Akelli.” During this event, she collaborated with Israeli actors Tsahi Halevi and Amir Boutrous, both recognised for their roles in the widely acclaimed web series “Fauda.”
