Chennai: A bus and a car collided on the Krishnagiri National Highway in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, resulting in the loss of seven lives. The accident occurred when a Tamil Nadu government bus collided with a car carrying Assam natives on their way to Bangalore.
Among the casualties, six were from Assam, while one was a resident of Tamil Nadu. Fourteen individuals were injured in the accident. The accident involved a vehicle travelling from Puducherry to Hosur. The police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
