Chennai: Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has openly criticised actor Mansoor Ali Khan for his anti-women remarks. Expressing his support for actress Trisha, Lokesh condemned Mansoor’s comments as misogynistic, expressing his disappointment and anger towards the insensitive remarks.
The incident gained attention when Trisha herself responded to Mansoor’s comments. Trisha mentioned on social media that she had recently come across a video where Mansoor spoke negatively about her. She expressed relief that she had not shared screen space with someone holding such views, referring to Mansoor as a misogynist.
