Thiruvananthapuram: The gold price in the state has experienced a decrease today. The price of gold dropped by Rs 80, and now a sovereign of gold will cost Rs 46,080 in the market.
Additionally, the rate of 22-carat gold witnessed a decline of Rs 10 per gram in the market, bringing the price down to Rs 5,760 per gram. This marks the lowest rate of gold observed for the month of February.
The decline in gold prices today comes after a period of stability since Saturday, when rates remained unchanged.
