Thiruvananthapuram: In an interview, director Rahul Sadasivan revealed the reason behind the title of his latest film, ‘Bramayugam’. He said that the idea to title the film ‘Bramayugam’ had been lingering in his mind for some time, even predating his last projects. Explaining further, he mentioned that he wanted a title that began with the letter ‘B’ and ended with ‘M’, leading to the choice of ‘Bramayugam’.
‘Bramayugam’ is director Rahul Sadasivan’s latest film, featuring actor Mammootty in the lead role. The film has been receiving positive response from the audience since its release. Reports suggest that the film has already collected Rs. 35 crore at the box office worldwide.
The film has been making waves in Malayalam cinema with its unique storyline and compelling performances by the lead characters. The lead characters include Siddharth, Arjun Ashokan, and Mammootty. From its initial screenings, ‘Bramayugam’ has received positive reviews not only from Kerala but also from other states and even foreign countries.
Meanwhile, the film collected Rs. 42 lakhs in Karnataka on its opening day. The film was also marked as a blockbuster in Tamil Nadu and Hyderabad on its release day.
