Idukki: A fifteen-year-old girl, who was staying at a shelter home run by Child Welfare Committee has gone missing since last evening. The girl went missing while returning back to the shelter home after writing her exam. It is reported that she went missing between Painavu and Thodupuzha.
The girl was shifted to the Child Welfare Committee’s shelter home after filed a complained that she was raped by persons whom she met through social media. Five persons named in her complaint have been arrested by the police. The girl went missing while she was undergoing counseling. The Thodupuzha police have intensified the search for the missing girl.
