Thiruvananthapuram: A lawyer, associated with the Attingal Bar Association, was found dead by suicide this morning. The deceased, identified as Anil VS, who previously worked with the Department of Tourism before becoming a lawyer, was found hanging. The police retrieved a message sent by Anil to the bar association prior to his death.
In the message sent to the bar association’s WhatsApp group, Anil expressed distress over escalating mental harassment from his colleagues, stating it had become unbearable for him. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter, registering it as a case of unnatural death.
