Shooting of Megastar Mammootty’s film Bazooka kick started shooting in Ernakulam. The film is said to be an action filled gritty crime thriller.
The film Bazooka which is being produced by Yoodlee Films and Theatre of Dreams is directed by debutant Deeno Dennis, who is the son of veteran screenwriter Kaloor Dennis. The film is also set to feature actor-director Gautam Menon, collaborating with the Megastar for the first time.
When asked about the film, Mammootty said that certain scripts takes one by surprise and instantly grabs one’s interest. He also adds that his next flick is set to be an action genre, but is also a story with game of wits and well defined characters and a taut script.
Mammootty also recently completed shootings for films like Kaathal – The Core and Kannur Squad. His most recent ventures were the movies Agent, Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam and Christopher.
