Recently, the location hunt stills of Prithviraj met with a huge reception from the audience. Now reports come in that the set constructions will start from next week. After the completion of the set, the filming is presumed to start soon.

There are reports of that Empuraan will be co-produced by Hombale Films and Prithviraj Productions along with Aashirvad Cinemas. The predecessor was produced by Aashirvad Cinemas.
