Actor Fahadh Faasil is currently shooting for his upcoming film Pushpa 2: The Rule. The makers of the movie shared a tweet regarding the film and shared a picture of Fahadh. The tweet read that a key schedule of the film was completed.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is the direct sequel to the 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise, which stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. Fahadh essays the role of antagonist cop Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. The first part of the film ends on a cliff-hanger note, where it is instigated as the start of the epic battle between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil.
The first part was deemed a blockbuster, and fans are eagerly waiting for the second instalment. The sequel is currently under production and nearing completion. The film is expected to release later this year or earlier next year.
Previously, the filmmakers released the first look and sneak peek of the film in many languages, on occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday. This was favourably appreciated by the public and quickly became a trending topic.
