Mumbai: Popular sportswear manufacture company Adidas have unveiled the first look of team India’s new Jerseys after signing 5 year contract as kit sponsor with BCCI. Adidas revealed New Jersey’s for Test, T20 and One day matches. Team members will wear their new Test jersey in the upcoming World Test Championship on June 7.
As of now, only the first look of the jerseys has been released. In that, collarless dark blue is for T20 games, light blue is for One Day games and White is for Test matches .There are there blue stripes running on the shoulders of the white t-shirt and the other two jersey kits have dark blue shades.“An iconic moment, an iconic stadium, introducing the new Team India Jersey”, Adidas wrote this headline while sharing the first look of the Jerseys.
The team will wear collarless jersey in T20 matches. And this is the first time that Indian Cricket is wearing Adidas Jersey. Earlier, India’s kit was sponsored by Killer Jeans and their contract with BCCI has ended on May 31st.
