Earth is stationary and the sun, moon revolve around it, says Pakistani man

Islamabad: Amidst the backdrop of a world where scientific understanding holds paramount importance in education, an intriguing video featuring a Pakistani individual expounding his unconventional beliefs regarding the Earth’s motion has captured widespread attention on the internet.

The viral video showcases a student engaged in a dialogue with a reporter, presenting viewpoints that challenge the established scientific principles that have become ingrained in our collective knowledge. Shared by the user ‘Krishna’ on the digital platform ‘X’ (previously known as Twitter), the man’s extraordinary assertions have left audiences both amused and perplexed.

Conventionally, we have been taught that the Earth orbits the sun in a anticlockwise, west-to-east manner, orchestrating the cyclical rotation responsible for the transition between day and night across different regions of the planet. However, this student has completely overturned this fundamental notion.

When confronted with the age-old debate of the Earth’s shape – whether it is spherical or flat – the man confidently declares that it conforms to neither classification. According to his perspective, the Earth remains stationary, locked in a fixed position, devoid of any rotational or orbital movement.

His unconventional ideas extend even to celestial phenomena. He proposes that not only does the Moon revolve around the Earth, but so does the Sun. He attributes the alternating cycles of day and night, as well as the fluctuations in weather patterns, to this unique hypothesis.

The reporter ends the segment hilariously, saying, “See this is what the students of Madrasa are saying, that even Einstein couldn’t tell us.”
