THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the latest market update, the price of one Sovereign gold has increased by Rs 120, reaching a value of Rs 44,120 today. This follows a previous increase of Rs 240 in the price of one Sovereign gold just the day before.
As for the rates of different gold carats, the current market rate for 22-carat gold stands at Rs 5,515 per gram. Meanwhile, the cost of one gram of 18-carat gold is set at Rs 4,568.
On the other hand, the price of silver remains unchanged. The cost of one gram of silver continues to be Rs 81, and for hallmarked silver, the rate remains at Rs 103 per gram.
