Mangalore: A young doctor, Sindhuja (28), who worked in the anesthesia department of a government hospital in Kollegal, was found dead in her rented house in Mangalore. Sindhuja, a native of Chennai, was discovered by her colleagues after they were unable to reach her on her mobile phone.
Colleagues alerted the police when they found Sindhuja’s lifeless body on her bed while looking through the window. Near the bed, investigators found a syringe, some medications, and a knife, according to DYSP Soma Gowda, the investigating officer, who provided this information to the media.
The rented house where her body was found is located near Sree Mahadeshwara College in Kollegal Town. Sindhuja had left work the previous night. Her wedding had been scheduled for January 2. The police are conducting a thorough investigation, with the preliminary suspicion being suicide.
