Kottayam: A son has been arrested for assaulting his mother with a coconut grater, resulting in her injury. The arrested individual, PR Rajesh, resides at the Parassery house in the Kurichy outpost. Police report that the attack stemmed from domestic issues.
The incident occurred last night when the accused returned home and engaged in a heated argument with his middle-aged mother. According to law enforcement, he grabbed a coconut grater from the kitchen and used it as a weapon. The Chingawanam police have registered a case in this regard. Following his appearance in court, the accused has been remanded.
