Kozhikode: Kozhikode Nadakkavu Police have issued a notice to actor and politician Suresh Gopi in connection with the alleged insult of a media worker. The case involves the actor allegedly insulting a Madhyamam channel reporter. The notice requires his appearance for questioning by the 18th of this month.

Suresh Gopi had earlier responded that he would apologize if his actions hurt the journalist. However, the cyber attacks against the star persist. Simultaneously, the police issued a notice summoning Suresh Gopi for questioning while there were allegations of pursuit by Left-leaning media workers.

Recently, there has been an increase in propaganda and cyber attacks against Suresh Gopi. It’s notable that the cases against the actor emerged after Suresh Gopi’s Padayatra related to the Karuvannur Co-operative Bank scam gained public attention. A case was filed against Suresh Gopi for conducting the Padayatra.
