Thrissur: Two arrested with MDMA in Thrissur. The accused were apprehended during a search conducted in Chavakkad, Guruvayur, following a tip-off received by the Excise team. Ashif (40) from Chavakkad and Amar Jihad from Kozhikode were the individuals taken into custody.
Excise also confiscated 105 grams of MDMA from the accused. While Amar Jihad was arrested in Chavakkad last night, Ashif was apprehended in Guruvayur this morning. Excise also seized their bikes. The arrested individuals were produced in court and remanded.
