Guwahati : Indian team proves to be the best once again. Men in blue challenged with a high score of 323 runs, set by the West Indies team at Guwahati was achieved in the 43rd over with the lose of only 2 wickets. Indian captain Kohli and Rohith Sharma Scored centuries each in the match.

With the chasing strategy background of Indian team, India opted to field on winning the toss. India could not chain West Indies to a small score. The fall of first wicket on scoring on 19 runs was a relief to the Indian team however Powel’s and Hopp’s Batting managed to build a decent score for the West Indies.

Heameir’s century end up in vein though it was a major attraction of the match. From 78 balls Heameir scored 6  sixes and equal number of boundaries and landed safely to a score of 106 which in turn build pressure on the Indian bowlers.

Yuswendra Chahal who dismissed 3 batsmen of West Indies allowing them to score only a sum of 41 runs represented Indian Bowling as a pain on West Indies.

India lost one of his favorite horseman in the initial stage of its batting. Shikhar Dhawan who was clean bowled by Thomas could score only 4 runs for India. Kohli-Sharma partnership, the attack mode was on, these two and bravely snatched the winning confidence from the West Indies.

India declared itself as the winner of the match by the time Kohli took a leave from the ground. From 107 balls
Kohli surprised the gallery with 21 boundaries 2 sixes to reach a final score of 140 runs. Rohith Sharma with
Ambatti Raidu backed Virat’s score to nail India’s victory.

8 sixes 15 boundaries with a cumulative score of 152 runs out of 117 balls by Sharma and Ambatti Raidu
who was not out with a score of 22 runs make way for India’s unanimous victory.

This one day match added one more century to two of Indian Batsmen, Rohit Sharma with his 20th Century and Virat who was titled as the Man of The Match scored his 36th Century.
