New Delhi : State Government to approach Supreme Court against the High court’s verdict on salary challenge. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi stated that the petition will be considered on Monday.
High Court had ordered the Government not to force employees to give up on their salary.
Government was forcefully collecting money from the employees. Those who disobeyed the order were handled by the political goondas of the ruling.
General Administration Principal Secretary Bishnuath Sinha was shifted to the department of minorities. PSC record section employee Sajeevan who submitted paper of disagreement against Salary challenge was beaten up the leftist leaders.
Following these events was the NGO association’s petition to high court highlighting the new policy of the government to collect relief fund from the employees. Upon which the high court issued a strict no. Thee court also clarifies that compulsory fund rising will not be allowed. Preparing a list of those who didn’t take part in the salary challenge is questioning the individuals credibility, the court added.
