Coronavirus: India crosses 9000 mark; 35 deaths in last 24 hours

New Delhi: Coronavirus cases in India has soared high to 9,152 following an increase of 796 cases in the last 24 hours, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Monday.

The total deaths in the country stands at 308, when 35 deaths occurred in the last 24 hours.

Maharashtra has recorded the highest number of cases with 1,985 followed by Tamil Nadu with 1,075 cases.
