New Delhi: The country recorded new 43,893 cases of coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours. The total cases now stands at 79,90,322.
There are 6,10,803 active cases after a decrease of 15,054 in last 24 hours.
58,439 recoveries were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 72,59,509.
508 more people succumbed to the disease and the death toll has climbed to 1,20,010, according to the Ministry of Health.
