Lucknow: Renowned author Shantanu Gupta has unveiled his latest masterpiece, a graphics-based novel titled “Ajay to Yogi Adityanath,” which beautifully captures the extraordinary life journey of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The novel was released in conjunction with the CM’s 51st birthday, adding a special significance to the occasion.

The launch event witnessed the presence of esteemed guests, including Public Works Department Minister Jitin Prasada, author Shantanu Gupta, and others. Education Minister Sandeep Singh also conveyed a video message emphasising the importance of the book.

Impressively, the launch ceremony saw the enthusiastic participation of over 5,000 children from 51 schools across various districts of Uttar Pradesh. The collective launch of a children’s book in multiple locations with such a substantial number of participants has earned a noteworthy accolade in the Asia Book of Records, as claimed by the organisers.

Gupta, while discussing the novel, expressed his belief that “Ajay to Yogi Adityanath” will serve as a guiding light for students, empowering them to achieve greatness in their future endeavours by instilling qualities such as patience, determination, and hard work. The book is a compilation of inspiring memoirs shared by Adityanath Yogi’s father, the late Anand Singh Bisht, his mother, Savitri Devi, his friends from Panchur village, classmates and teachers from his colleges in Kotdwar and Rishikesh, as well as his comrades.

Speaking at the event, Public Works Department Minister Jitin Prasad remarked, “The book chronicles the journey of transforming dreams into reality. It portrays the life and accomplishments of CM Yogi in such a captivating manner that it inspires children to aspire for success and dream big, even envisioning themselves as future Chief Ministers like Yogi Adityanath.”

Additionally, Rajeshwar Singh, the sitting MLA from Sarojini Nagar and former joint director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), highlighted Yogi Adityanath’s unique standing among the people, which he earned through his personality, hard work, and unwavering integrity.
