Srinagar: In a remarkable testament to unity and harmony, British-Arab influencer Amjad Taha, renowned for his enchanting portrayal of Kashmir as a “Paradise on Earth,” has lauded the young voices of Kashmir who boldly declare themselves as ‘Indian Muslims’. Taha, immersed in the breathtaking landscapes of Kashmir, shared a heart-warming snapshot on his X account (formerly Twitter), capturing a moment of camaraderie with these children. He commended India’s choice of Kashmir as the setting for the G20 event under its presidency, seeing it as a powerful emblem of unity in preserving nature and humanity.

Taha’s encounter with the children became a catalyst for his admiration, as they proudly identified themselves as Indian Muslims in the picturesque land of Kashmir. He expressed his thrill as a Muslim Arab, applauding India’s exceptional example of embracing diversity, envisioning a future, and steadfastly standing against radical ideologies. Taha’s tweet resonated with the sentiment that the G20 in Kashmir signifies a collective commitment to safeguarding the planet and fostering global unity.

Under the banner of India’s presidency, the third G20 Tourism Working Group convened in Srinagar, the charming summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, from May 22–24. This meeting served as a backdrop for Taha’s engagement with the region. His earlier tweets about Kashmir underscored its significance on the anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370, highlighting the measures that inspire hope for future generations by prioritising sustainable solutions and enduring peace.

Taha’s visit to Indian Kashmir rekindled his inspiration as he observed the region’s remarkable transformation from past turmoil to a beacon of hope for generations to come. The land of Kashmir, adorned with incredible beauty and inhabited by extraordinary people, struck a chord with Taha, who captured its essence in his online posts.
