Prime Minister of Bharat pays homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his death anniversary

New Delhi: The Prime Minister of Bharat commemorated the death anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Bharat’s first Home Minister and Deputy Prime Minister post-independence. Remembering Patel’s extraordinary vision and leadership, the Prime Minister emphasised how his foresight contributed significantly to the foundation of modern Bharat. He shared a tribute note honouring Sardar Patel’s legacy on the social media platform “X.”

In his message, PM Modi underscored the need to draw inspiration from Sardar Patel’s life and work towards realizing the vision of a modern Bharat built on his principles.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla also paid tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Extending heartfelt respect, he commemorated Patel’s relentless efforts in safeguarding Bharat’s integrity and sovereignty, setting an example of national unity. He expressed his tribute via a note shared on “X.”
