Lucknow: The construction work for the second phase of the Ayodhya Ram Temple is progressing. This phase will include the creation of six majestic entrances, each named after prominent characters from the Ramayana, to extend a warm welcome to devotees.
Gates and their names:
- Shri Ram Dwar is located on the Lucknow-Ayodhya road.
- Hanuman Dwar is situated on the Gorakhpur-Ayodhya road.
- Lakshman Dwar is positioned on the Gonda-Ayodhya road.
- Bharat Dwar is located on the road from Prayagraj to Ayodhya.
- Jatayu Dwar is named on the road from Ambedkar Nagar to Ayodhya.
- Garun Dwar is situated on the route from Rae Bareli to Ayodhya Road.
Today marks the commencement of the seven-day rituals leading up to the Prana Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Temple. The Prana Pratishtha ceremony will witness the participation of over 7,000 individuals, including political dignitaries, industrialists, monks, and celebrities from across the country. Notably, representatives from approximately 100 countries are expected to be present on the occasion.
