Thiruvananthapuram: With the Lok Sabha elections on the horizon, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its campaign efforts, appointing Lok Sabha poll-in-charges and co-in-charges to spearhead activities in various states. In Kerala, Nalin Kumar Kateel, former BJP President in Karnataka and Member of Parliament, has been designated as the Saha Prabhari (co-in-charge).

Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha MP Dinesh Sharma will oversee election operations in Maharashtra, while Bihar MLA Nitin Nabin will assume responsibility for Chhattisgarh. Bihar MLAs Sanjeev Chaurasia, Ramesh Bidhuri, and Sanjay Bhatia have been appointed as co-in-charges for Uttar Pradesh. Notably, both Ramesh Bidhuri and Sanjay Bhatia are outgoing MPs from the Lok Sabha but were not nominated by the party for the upcoming polls. BJP Vice President Baijayant Jay Panda has been entrusted with the role of poll in-charge for Uttar Pradesh.
