Kottiyam: DYFI leader has been arrested for molesting minor girl. Police detained Adichanelloor Plakkad Mannancheril Veetil Vineeth Kumar who is in charge of DYFI Plakkad A Unit.
It is alleged that Vineeth Kumar enchroached and attacked the girl when she was alone at home. Vineeth Kumar blackmailed the girl saying that her visuals had been taken with hidden cam. The girl informed about his torture after being molested repeatedly.
Victim’s parents filed a complaint at Chathannur Police Station and Vineeth absconded.
Protests raised as the police could not arrest the culprit. Vineeth was detained last Monday and produced before the court.
